Welcome to our Troopertoys loyalty points program!

We hope to address most of your questions here, but if you still have any doubts, feel free to reach out to us.


HOW DO I RECEIVE LOYALTY POINTS?

Loyalty points are earned with every valid purchase; nevertheless, canceled or refunded orders are exempt from this benefit.

Your loyalty points will be validated upon receipt of your order.

Please note that discounted items do not contribute towards point accumulation, nor do shipping costs. Only the prices of the products themselves are eligible for point accrual.


HOW IS A LOYALTY POINT CALCULATED AND HOW MUCH IS IT WORTH?

All purchases made on troopertoys.com will accrue points according to the following scheme:

10 € spent = 1 Point

1 Point = 0.20 €

For further information regarding the loyalty points program, please refer to the "My Loyalty Points" section within the "My Account" panel.


HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

In your new order, upon accessing the cart, you will find a designated section to redeem points for a discount voucher. Simply click on the respective button that will appear.

Similarly, within the "My Account" panel, under the section "My Loyalty Points", you will also have the option to perform this redemption.


WHEN ARE MY POINTS AVAILABLE?

Points are awarded once the status of the order changes to "Delivered".

Points will be revoked once the status of the order changes to "Cancelled".

Until the order has been delivered, points will appear as "Awaiting Validation".


WHEN DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Points have a validity period of 182 days. A reminder will be sent 15 days before the expiration of the points if they have not been redeemed.
