HOW DO I RECEIVE LOYALTY POINTS?
Loyalty points are received on all valid purchases. This means that cancelled or refunded orders are excluded.
Your loyalty points will be validated once the order has been delivered to you.
Discounted items do not earn points, neither do the shipping costs. Just add up the price of the products.
HOW IS A LOYALTY POINT CALCULATED AND HOW MUCH IS IT WORTH?
All your purchases at troopertoys.com will earn points as follows:
10 € spent = 1 Point
1 Point = 0.20 €
You can consult all the information available on the loyalty programme in the "My loyalty points" section of the "My user" panel.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
In your new order, a section will appear from the cart where you can redeem the points to exchange them for a discount voucher. You just have to click on the button that will appear:
Similarly, in the "My Loyalty Points" section of the "My User" panel, you can also do this:
WHEN ARE MY POINTS AVAILABLE?
Points are awarded once the order status becomes "Delivered".
Points will be cancelled once the order status becomes "Cancelled".
Until the order has been delivered, the points will appear as "Awaiting Validation".
WHEN DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Points are valid for 182 days. If they are not redeemed, a reminder will be sent 15 days before the expiry of the points.
