Mr Hobby Mr. Mark Setter

Mr. Mark Setter is a decal adhesive. 

It is used to firmly attach decals to painted surfaces. It is particularly effective when used on old decals that have lost their adhesion or decals that do not have strong adhesive properties. 

It also contains ingredients that soften decals.

The main ingredients used in the previous product have been changed to environmentally friendly ones and the product has been redesigned.

The changes made to the product are as follows:

・The adhesive has been changed from an emulsion resin adhesive to an acrylic resin adhesive. The adhesive performance is improved compared to the previous version.

When applying a decal, even if you apply a gloss clear coat and then mask it, the decal is less likely to be taken away by the masking tape.

 - Softening effect is now stronger than before.

 ・It has more dissolving power for water-based hobby colors than previous products. This is particularly noticeable when the drying time is short, so please dry thoroughly and avoid applying a large amount. If you use it, it is best to dilute the Mark Setter with water to reduce its dissolving power before use.

Although this will depend on factors such as the drying time of the coating, the amount used, and how it is wiped off, a dilution of approximately 30% is a good guideline.
